Joss medium short hair cut.

Joss had came up here in Japan for his 3 weeks holiday. While here, in Japanese humid summer, he needed a style that can get on with it.

 

Including his order, Yoshiko decided to cut it not too short, espacially the front area, but, still quite short on the side and the back.

 

As the result, all length are well connected, so it’s easy and simple to style them at home.Those different length between the fringe, textured crown area, and shorten side and back could sharpen the face line!

–Update!–

Now back in Japan Joss decided it was time for another cut.
Had gotten way too long again.

And a new cool Joss has appeared! With a small sidebang and spikes this haircut is as refreshing as it is fresh.

–Update!–

Been living in japan for a while now, Joss has been visiting Afrodita regulary. Here he is once again, with his hair all too long. Though not as much as the first time he came. 🙂

Together, Joss and Yoshiko chose a hairstyle with a short cut at the sides, while leaving it longer on top.

Katrien and Bart’s style change.

Katrien and Bart came to our salon to have a hair cut.

Both of them had not been having a hair cut for ages, Katrien had a long fluffy bob style, wanted to get it clean and neat. Bart wanted to get it something short, but it was only a rough idea.

 

 

For katrien, Yoshiko suggested her to have straightening, so she would have more choice.

But, unfortunately, she did not have enough time to do it this time. Instead of that, Yoshiko would teach her to style it with straight iron, later.

 

For Bart, the point he feels it’s unmanageable was always the side and back, and, Yoshiko thought it’s good to use the length on top and front. So, he agreed to go for disconected top and under.

 

 

 

The first result is Katrien. After explaining how to work with straight iron simply, Yoshiko also told her it’s ok to straighten only front and side area. Because, her natural curl can be nice accent to shape it on back area. It  depends on her feelings of the day!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The result for Bart. As the consultation, it’s disconected style that kept longer on top and much shorter the under. But, only from the back crown area, length was conected to keep nice round shape. It was the idea of fixing up the haed shape.

Clean hair cut for men’s curly hair.

Jeremy had came to our salon with short-medium length.

but, he told us that he usually have short hair. What he didn’t like  was it becomes unmanageable when it gets the length. Also, the style is easily destroied by the wind.

Therefore, he wanted short as he usually have, clean and neat.

 

 

Actually, his curl is nice, we thought. We have some japanese customers get perm it just like his, and they pay for it!

Yoshiko decided the length to be not too short, so still, he can play and make the style.

 

 

 

As the result, it looks still short and clean, but enough length to play with. And it doesn’t look  curly at all! This is the length he wanted!

Style change for Jose.

Simple style change of men’s hair cut.

 

 

 

Jose had have quite long style. He wanted something nice ‘n’ short.

 

 

 

Now, he’s got what he wanted. It’s also good for Japanese summer humidity, he can get on with cool style!
