James gets short spiky hair and japanese straightening.

James had gotten more hair than he was comfortable with, so something needed to be done. All he knew was that he wanted something with a bit more ‘waow’ to it.

Yoshiko decided to cut a lot of his hair away, especially at the sides. She added spikes to the mix to ‘spice it up’. His front hair received a japanese hair straightening, which can be necesary with his hair type.

What James got, was a neat, fresh and strong look new hairstyle. This definitely has the ‘wow’ effect he was seeking. He was quite happy with the result, so we’re also happy! ;D

Eric gets a cool messy haircut.

Eric, a regular at Afrodita came in again for an update!

What did he want?A messy, short, cooler look.

First of all Yoshiko cut down a lot of his hair, it had become way too much. Then she gave him a jagged haircut, creating cool ends on his hair. It looks slightly messy, which is intended, its a controlled mess.

Short haired Olesia tries three different hair colors

The first time Olesia came to Afrodita she had her hair fairly blond already, but which was in need in a touch up.

So Yoshiko didn’t only just touch up her roots, but cut her ends aswell.

The result is a really cute looking hairstyle. The neat sidesweep matches her face very well.

The second time Olesia came her hair had grown out a bit. She wanted to reduce some length again, and recolor all of her hair. But not as blond as before, a more natural dark blond color was on her mind.

So Yoshiko gave her a wispy pixie cut, which is slightly more messy looking and jagged than a normal pixie cut. At last she gave her a more natural dark blond hair color.

The new darker color looks really good on her, the more rough cut this time adds alot to her style.

Olesia liked the change of color last time, so she decided to try to go even darker this time.
So Yoshiko colored her hair a lot darker and added some golden spotlights for depth and complexity. Lets see how it turned out.

Best result yet in our opinion. A very smart haircut, and the color goes very well with a brown eyes.

Kelly recharges hair color with a lot of highlights.

It was time for Kelly to do something about her hair. It had been a while, so here she was! Her color had begun to fade and had lost its power, so that definitely needed attention.

The rest of the hair was in dire need of getting its color recharged, so Yoshiko gave her alot of thin highlights, adding life to her hair. The finishing touch was done by straightening the hair with iron.

The result is beautiful smooth hair. The fine highlights really gives it an incredible shine and energy. The small cute sidesweep bang completes the look.
