Rena – a little princess with natural wavy hair

Rena looked like a little cheeky angel when she came to the hair salon with her mother. She had long and volumous hair which curled naturally. She was having her very first hair cut in a hair salon. Let’s see what changes Yoshiko could bring to this sweet girl.

Since Rena is still a child, hair styling like perms or straightening is not recommended, so instead Yoshiko cut her hair into layers and shaped it up to be framed around her face.Yoshiko also trimmed it to decrease some of crazy hair volume. Fringe was made to be shorter and brushed to the side. Rena’s natural curled hair is very compatible for this kind of hair style.

Miho – from long straight, to a short smart hairstyle.

Yoshiko Style

When Miho came to Afrodita, she had long straigth hair, it was her typical style and she wanted to go for something fresh and new. It should be short and wavy.

First up Yoshiko gave her a major cut and got rid of most of her hair she had carried around with for so long, it was time for a change alright! She stopped right at the shoulders, then giving layers and texture to frame her face. Bangs were made shorter and swept following her eyebrow line. Afterwards a Digital perm was applied at the end parts for the soft wavy look.

Miho may surely have lost a lot of hair, but she has gained a lot in style instead. The short haired look suits her very well, she looks cute with it. It’s hard to believe it’s the same girl from the picture before.

Simple, but effective haircut for Randy

First time customer Randy asked for a simple haircut. He wants it to be tidy and neat, to fit his his steady character.

Yoshiko cut his hair shorter, shaped in the two sides and gave some texture on the top. This style itself is nice, and will help him to style his hair easily whenever he wants to.

Sometimes, a 30 minutes hair cut is all what you need to get a great look. Randy was quite surprised and pleased when checking it himself in the mirror. Glad to make you happy Randy. ;P

Kat with honey color and bangs

Yoshiko Style

When Kat came to us, her blonde hair had started to fade and become ashy. She wanted to touch it up and get a more stylish look to it.

Yoshiko colored her hair with a goldish tone. Highlights with the color honey wheat was added to the whole of Kat’s hair. Afterwards she got it trimmed up, straightened and made the bangs smooth and nice.

The result is amazing. She end up with preciser and smoother hair and you can really feel the powerful aura of honey radiate from her.

Janie received highlights and styling to her hair.

Janie has blonde hair, but darker roots had been sprouting on the top of her head for quite a while she came to Afrodita. It had also become wavy which needed some attention.

First up, Yoshiko did a touch up, she added highlights with a golden beige tone to refresh her hair color. She trimmed up the damaged parts, then added style to it. Finally, Janie’s hair was straightened to give it the finish.
