Natasha (2) gets 3 colours plus Toner

Natasha wanted Yoshiko to give a nice ash colour.

Yoshiko combined 3 different colours to achieve this perfect result for Natasha. The combination of highlights and lowlights and toner really added an extra kick to her look.

 

–Update!–

The second time Natasha came to Afrodita she wanted to go a bit different route. Normally many fine highlights are used, but in this care she wanted to have a few bigger ones, but not as strong in color contrast.

First Yoshiko made her overall hair a bit darker as Natasha had requested, then she added chanky highlights and layered her hair into a more sophisticated style.

Her layered hair really does the trick. The highlights really make this style beautiful on Natasha, it was a good choice to go a bit darker before adding them.

Lissette spends her day with Yoshiko

Over time her hair had dried out was severely damaged and now had multiple colours. Lissette was in need of some Yoshiko magic.

It would take Yoshiko more than 6 hours to; moisturize, colour and cut and style with full bangs and layers. The end result was a awesome warm lighter ash brown colour. Looks Great! 🙂

 

Gemma 2 – A BIG colour correction for Gemma

Gemma had been colouring her hair all by herself. It had been going okay but, her problem was that the colour had become far removed from her her natural colour .

She needed professional help so she came to Afrodita Yokohama Hair Salon and had a talk with Yoshiko. In the end in order to get her hair back to her “happy place” Yoshiko had to bleach first and then colour.  It was a challenge and in the end it worked out well.

Kristi has bad haircut fixed, roots touched up.

Kristi came in with her friend, Amanda. Like her, Kristi’s roots were showing and needed to be touched up. She always wanted her hair colored, but a cooler color than usual.

Before coming in, she had previously received a bad haircut elsewhere and wanted to fix it. Yoshiko trimmed it up a bit, but left as much length as possible.

Yoshiko also wanted to control the balance of the hair, so she evened out the thickness. The result is straight locks with coloring that not only looks natural, but still has vibrancy and is sure to catch some looks.
