Kayla came in for a trim with a one concern. She wanted to have front bangs. Yoshiko was more than happy to help.
The overall length of Kayla’s her didn’t change much, but Yoshiko trimmed it up and gave her the bangs she was wanting. Along this with, her hair was given layering to add some texture.
When Susan came in to Afrodita, her hair was frizzy and not laying straight. She wanted that look changed and asked Yoshiko for advice.
Yoshiko gave Susan some highlights and lowlights (four colors). This helped make the hair look vibrant and catch the light.
Along with the color, Yoshiko performed a QOD (keratin treatment) on her hair. This helped correct the frizz in her hair and restore its health. The end result is smooth, silky hair where you can see different shades and colors to help make her hair “pop.”
When Brenda visited Afrodita, her existing color was fading and growing out. As you can see, her hair was getting a darker feel to it, and she wanted it brightened up.
Yoshiko treated the roots and gave her highlights all around. Along with this, the hair was trimmed up, and Brenda was given side bangs.
Her locks now sweep over the front of her face and give off an asymmetric look.
The end result is her hair looks to have more volume, and is a more vivid color than when she came in.
David came in and told Yoshiko he wanted a major change. He usually had his hair gelled and slicked back and expressed his desire to go for something different.
He wanted a look similar to actor Charlie Hunnam’s. David also wanted to cut off quite a bit of hair for his new look.
The end result above shows a more manageable style with the hair no longer reaching his shoulders. While still combed back, the shortened hair gives David a more distinguished look.
Tessa has natural curls in her hair, and she was worried about cutting too much hair off. She also had concern about her bangs.
Yoshiko talked with her and helped alleviate any fears. She gave our customer a layered bob with slightly longer-to-the-side bangs.
Yoshiko trimmed her hair length up a bit and helped the hair in a way to look it more voluminous.
Tessa was playing with the idea of having her hair colored, but opted to do that on her next visit.
