Cecile gets alot of volume reduced, and receives delightful highlights.

Cecile is a regular at Afrodita. Her hair had become messy and curly, again. So she needed to get ‘tidied up’. Which is something she’s a bit concerned about, because japanese salons have problems to manage that kind of hair. Luckily Yoshiko can take care of it! 😉
She also decided to get highlights done with natural medium ash as base color.

Then Yoshiko cut back at the wild growth hair, and made it less voluminous. But she kept the nice waves allready present, we didn’t wanna straighten it away.
After the ash base color, high and lowlights were added to spice it all up, and then finished with a toner.

The result is good looking smoother hair and the highlights add the youthfull energy. Suits her very well. At least someone can manage her hair ;D

Lau – Low temp Totallink moisture perm for more volume!

Yoshiko Style

Lau came to Afrodita to get more volume to her hair. She wanted a perm to ‘buff’ it up and get more texture to it, unfurtunally her hair had a little damage though, so special measurements had to be taken.

Yoshiko decided still to give her a digital perm, but adding Totallink moisture beforehand and giving her a low heat perm. These procedures repair damaged hair a little, aswell as inflicting as little damage as possible.

Lau’s hair really got a lot of volume after the treatment, without destroying the hair any further. The totallink moisture perm really is good for damaged hair. This hairstyle suits her well. Rock on!

Yoshiko Style

Lisa didn’t want anything too fancy this time around, so she just went for a cut. But that doesn’t mean nothing big was gonna happen. She had long, volumous hair, lwhich was brighter at the ends from coloring in the past.

Yoshiko kept most of the length but thinned out a lot.Texture was added and the form of her hair went from a A shaped, to more of a R shaped hairstyle, giving her more freedom and possibilities to do things with her hair, aswell has making it lighter.

In the end Lisas hair also seems to have become darker due to the fact that most of her brighter ends where cut off, which gives it a more natural appearance. The thinned out hair is also less imposing and more sublte, which suits her very well.

The delightful Emma had a lot of wavy hair when she visited us, hair sure is nice, but sometimes too much can just be too much. So she wanted it a bit shorter, but not that much shorter.

So Yoshiko cut some length and added layers and thinned it out, to give the waves more playroom to move. This way her hair should have a better shape.

And sure enough, the end product is well shaped hair. Not too full, while giving off a natural feel.

When Brenda visited Afrodita, her existing color was fading and growing out. As you can see, her hair was getting a darker feel to it, and she wanted it brightened up.
